Mark recently helped us buy a family cottage near Haliburton. He was super helpful and friendly throughout, paid attention to what we were looking for in a cottage, found us a local building inspector and lawyer (and a plumber) as we live in Nova Scotia. He was always very responsive when we had questions and gave us solid advice during the negotiations. The purchase went smoothly, and he even did a final walk-through for us since we were out-of-province. He knows the Haliburton area so well, and we hope to continue to ask his advice re tradespeople, etc. as we become part of the community.

Mark Dennys listed and sold my house in Gooderham in 2016. I could not have hoped for a better agent in all respects. Once we agreed to the parameters of the sale, Mark took over and I got involved only as needed.
